Henderson
Desert living with a little more room to breathe.
Living in Henderson
Henderson offers a different rhythm than the center of Las Vegas. Established neighborhoods, master-planned communities, parks, trails, golf and everyday conveniences sit against the backdrop of the surrounding desert and mountains.
What makes Henderson interesting isn't one particular lifestyle. It's the range of them.

Green Valley Ranch
The newer side of Green Valley, developed primarily from the mid-1990s forward. Green Valley Ranch combines established residential neighborhoods with gated communities, parks and trails, plus convenient access to The District, Green Valley Ranch Resort, and the 215 Beltway. Housing ranges from condos and townhomes to larger single-family and luxury properties.
Harry Reid International Airport: approximately 15–20 minutes
Las Vegas Strip: approximately 15–20 minutes
Drive times vary with traffic and your exact location within the community. Published local estimates generally put Green Valley-to-airport travel around 9–20 minutes and Strip travel around 15–25 minutes.
Green Valley North
This is the original, more established side of Green Valley. Much of it was developed from the late 1970s through the 1990s, so you'll find mature trees, established streets, and a wide variety of housing, including single-story homes, two-story homes, townhomes, and condos. Fox Ridge Park, Pittman Wash Trail and Wildhorse Golf Club are among the nearby recreational features.
Harry Reid International Airport: approximately 10–15 minutes
Las Vegas Strip: approximately 15–20 minutes
Its more northerly location generally puts parts of Green Valley North slightly closer to the airport and central Strip than Green Valley Ranch, although the exact starting point and traffic matter.
Green Valley South
Green Valley South began developing in the mid-1980s and has the mature, settled character people often associate with Green Valley. Expect established landscaping and a mix of ranch-style and two-story stucco homes rather than the newer architectural feel found in many of Henderson's newer master plans.
Harry Reid International Airport: approximately 10–15 minutes
Las Vegas Strip: approximately 15–20 minutes
Its location around the central/southern Green Valley area provides relatively direct access to both destinations, particularly via the 215 corridor.
Legacy
Legacy is a distinctive golf-oriented pocket within the broader Green Valley area, centered around Legacy Golf Club. The surrounding neighborhoods are primarily established 1990s-era residential communities, with gated enclaves and homes along or near the golf course. It gives buyers a noticeably different setting from Green Valley's traditional interior residential streets.
Harry Reid International Airport: approximately 10–15 minutes
Las Vegas Strip: approximately 15–20 minutes
Drive times can vary significantly by traffic, time of day, and starting point.
