Anthem sits against the southern foothills of Henderson, giving much of the community a noticeably different setting from the valley below. Winding streets climb through established neighborhoods, golf communities, and desert landscapes, with elevation and views becoming part of the experience.

Anthem isn't one neighborhood. Its communities offer distinctly different ways to live.
Anthem Country Club
An all-ages, guard-gated community built around a private 18-hole golf course designed by Hale Irwin and Keith Foster. Homes range from established luxury residences to custom properties, with golf-course, mountain, and Las Vegas Valley views found throughout the community. The private club adds dining, fitness, swimming, tennis, pickleball, and social amenities.

Sun City Anthem
Anthem's large 55+ active-adult community occupies an elevated position overlooking the Las Vegas Valley. Its approximately 7,100 single-level homes are complemented by extensive recreation and social amenities, including community centers, pools, fitness facilities, clubs, and activities. Revere Golf Club's two courses are also located within the Sun City Anthem area.

Anthem Highlands
The all-ages side of Anthem has a more traditional residential feel. Established in the early 2000s, Anthem Highlands includes 11 neighborhoods and more than 1,600 residences, with single-family homes, neighborhood parks, trails, and common areas spread through the foothills. Its higher elevations also create mountain and valley views from portions of the community.

Coventry at Anthem
One of Anthem's earlier all-ages residential areas, Coventry offers a more traditional suburban neighborhood experience than the Country Club or Sun City Anthem. The area is primarily single-family residential and benefits from Anthem's established parks, trails, and foothill setting while remaining close to shopping and services along the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose corridors.
